A Home for Portland's Cooking Class Community!
It’s been a longstanding goal of mine to have a place where Portland Chefs can share their most valuable skills and recipes in person. There is something so valuable about being face to face with industry experts, touching the ingredients, getting the hands on guidance and tasting the food alongside your friends and neighbors.
So, you and a guest will come to the Cookin’ Class facility you know and love to experience one of a kind classes from chefs all over Portland!
Baked In Sherwood
Join Lisa Sherwood from Sherwood Cookie Studio for her themed cookie decorating class as she takes you step by step through designing 6 cookies. This class will guide you through using different consistencies of royal icing. All icing and cookies will be provided and you will be given step by step instruction as she guides you through decorating your own themed set.
These one of a kind classes will take place at the Cookin’ Class facility at 9265 SW Greenburg Rd. in Tigard. Current spring sale is not valid for Guest Chef Classes.
